You are eligible to claim back two years. However, Refunded can only get you refunds for the months that you've had Levno installed on your petrol tank. However, there are some exceptions to this if you have accurate records of your past petrol use.

Levno monitors how much petrol goes in and out of your tank/s. Refunded is mostly automated by using the data from Levno for the completion of NZTA refund applications.

Yes. Levno fuel monitoring is installed on your tank so that we can get the required information.

When signing up, we need a bunch of information such as equipment lists and fuel provider details to name a few things. However, once signed up, all you need to do is allocate petrol withdrawals in the Levno app. We show you how to do this.

You don’t need a smart phone because there is a web app at app.levno.com that you can use with a computer with internet access.

If the petrol tanks are on the same site/farm, the cost to have Refunded will not change. Refunded normally charges $15 per month per NZTA number which is normally associated to one entity/business. There are some exceptions to this depending on the complexity of equipment lists and petrol use across multiple sites.

If you cannot afford to purchase a tank, you can lease a tank with a complete fuel management package from our partner Ensol. This package comes with Levno and Refunded. It’s best to get in touch with Shane ( shane.parlato@ensol.co.nz ) if you’d like to learn more about this.

When we become your agent, we give NZTA your bank details, so anything owed to you goes straight to you.

You can have unlimited users on your Levno account when on Levno for Fuel Premium. This means that staff can allocate their own petrol withdrawals on their phone/computer. It’s essentially an electronic logbook that everyone can have access to. You can also create notifications for withdrawals of certain sizes and/or at different times so that you are alerted to unusual activity. 

Levno Premium gives you full data history so once upgraded, you'll have access to the information from the time that you had Levno installed. You'll need to go back and allocate past petrol usage if you haven't already claimed on that usage. We'll show you how to do this.
